Gear reduction motor refers to the combination of a motor and a gear reduction gearbox. This combination can also be referred to as a micro gear reduction motor or a gear reduction motor. 2、 Possible causes of noise
1. Continuous noise: gear wear, bearing damage, motor stator and rotor friction;
2. Intermittent noise: Gear damage, foreign objects, burrs;
3. Periodic noise;
4. Sharp metal friction sound: caused by collision or breakage
5. Insufficient oil level
6. Possible solutions include checking for obvious scratches on the surface and returning it to the factory for repair.
3、 Possible causes of oil leakage
1. Poor sealing system;
2. The connection between the electric motor and the reducer is loose;
3. Excessive oil volume;
4. External force causes the centerline of the output shaft to shift;
5. Possible solutions include re tightening and adjusting external forces, and returning to the factory for repair.
After a period of use, micro gear reduction motors require regular maintenance and upkeep to ensure the longevity and quality of the motor.
1. For each part of the motor, it is necessary to regularly check whether the sealing and protective performance of the motor are intact;
2. For the internal components of the motor, they should be inspected at least once a year, cleaned and maintained in a timely manner;
3. It is necessary to regularly replace the oil and other components of the motor to ensure its normal operation.
