2.When the motor speed reaches the predetermined value, the sensing element of the brake device senses the change in speed and transmits it to the controller of the brake device.

3.When the motor needs to be restarted, the controller will send a signal to the motor driver and also send a signal to the controller of the braking device to release the braking state and allow the motor to rotate freely.

4. The controller determines whether the brake device needs to be triggered based on the preset speed threshold. When the motor speed is below the threshold, the electromagnet of the brake device will attract the brake pad to move, pressing it tightly against the rotor and locking it in a stationary state.

The braking mechanism of a brake motor has various forms, mainly including electromagnetic braking, hydraulic braking, and friction braking. Electromagnetic braking uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to achieve braking effect through electromagnetic force. When braking, the electromagnetic brake is attracted and generates braking torque, which is transmitted to the friction sleeve to achieve braking. Electromagnetic braking has a fast response speed, good braking effect, and stable braking effect during the braking process, so it is widely used.
